I did private lessons with Josh at War and Peace K9. My rescue Buddy had zero obedience and was fearful. I rescued him to give him a happy life but he was so uneasy about everything he didn’t seem enjoy anything and his lack of obedience was not enjoyable for me! Now Buddy is a confident dog who I can take with me anywhere! He loves our field trips and car rides and he is a great companion for me. You can’t put a price tag on our happiness thank you War and Peace K9!

Josh is the best, he loves what he does and you can see it in how my dog responds to him. I won’t train anywhere else!

My Bernadoodle Maddox completed the Puppy Board and Train program at War and Peace K9. I am so impressed with the level of focus he has at 4 months old. He listens better than my children lol in all seriousness home can be chaotic with kids running around and it amazes me despite all that going on he still wants my attention and to please me. He knows all his basic commands on leash and when I do get a break, he holds a stay on his place cot while I watch my show! I have no doubt he will be successful in the future with such a strong foundation.

My dog Jaxx was out of control! He is strong and pulled me everywhere on the leash so we stopped going. He constantly got in the trash making a big mess. He counter-surfs and steals dinner. He would sit for me but only for a second. He was all over the place and he would not come when called no matter what kind of treat I had in my hand. Fast forward to his return from War and Peace K9 Board and Train. Jaxx is the best dog now! His focus is great! House manners are great! No more digging through trash or counter-surfing! We watch football games and stays on his place cot. Even when my buddies show up and start hollering at the TV. My favorite part is walking through our property and no matter what is going on he comes when I call him! Thank you War and Peace K9

It's been a great pleasure not only getting a very special dog but also getting to work with the team at War&Peace K9. Josh has been very involved and open to answering all my questions about the Belgians as a whole, from the time I decided to get a puppy to now a year and a half later. I'm new to the breed but I've had fifteen or so dogs in my life, I've never had one I truly trained, especially not to this extent and I honestly don't think I would have been able to train one to this well without the information Josh has given me over the course of my training. I say "my" training because truly he's been teaching me how to teach my dog and it's definitely been eye opening what your dog can do when you have the right tools to communicate with them. The dogs are all super focused, ready to perform and willing to do just about anything you ask of them. If you're looking for a place to get a top notch dog that exceed your expectations and the resources to achieve what you want out of your dog then it's definitely worth talking with Josh. Anywhere from Obedience to Bite Work to Scent Training all the way to just having your dog hang around in a crowded area and still maintain focus on you. I would definitely recommend War&Peace K9 and Josh to anyone looking to get an extremely intelligent dog and the full training experience, you won't be disappointed.
